Once you have signed up to our design service, complete the design guidelines form. We will then start your design and provide a draft for approval before applying it to the website. We typically quote for a set number of hours. Half of the time is spent on the graphic design, the other half on adding the design to the site once you have signed it off. We inform you of the time taken as we go along, so you can remain within budget.
Alternatively you can appoint your own designers who can follow our design guide to create and apply their design to the system after you have granted them designer access to your site (see the REC Guide for information on doing this). If they require time from us then it will be chargeable at our standard hourly rate.
